SPIRIT of Austin Fest

SPIRIT of Austin Fest is an all day, family-friendly festival featuring top artists on two stages provided by Austin LifeCare. There’s plenty to do including visiting various vendors around the concourse and in the Heritage Center, helping us break a world record for the world’s largest diaper cake, as well as enjoying rides and inflatables in the Santa Rita Ranch free family fun zone! There will even be a fish tank for kids to try their luck thanks to 1st Capital Certified Roofing!

Don’t forget to join us for a live broadcast while Steve and Amy from the morning show interview some of the artists that will be performing from 9am-2pm thanks to Camper Clinic II!

Festival Date and Time

This year’s festival will occur on Sunday, November 18th. Gates will open at noon. The festival will run from 1:00PM to 10:00PM approximately. Any schedules are subject to change.

Box Office Information

Tickets will be available for sale the day of the festival at the Dell Diamond box office.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Will Call windows of the Dell Diamond box office. Located at the First Base Gate. A valid photo ID must be presented when picking up tickets at Will Call.

Allowed and Prohibited Items

To ensure the safety of all of our guests,  there is a requirement to go through a metal detector. There will be a special line for those with disabilities and strollers. Bags and other items will be subject to search. There will be a No Bag line available for the convenience of ticket holders that do not want to bring anything along with them for quicker entry times.

PROHIBITED

  • Camping or Tent setups. Includes camping umbrellas, tents and cordoning off your chairs with tape/rope
  • Coolers of any kind
  • Chairs of any kind
  • Firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc)
  • Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Outside food or beverage
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • No Inflatable furniture (rafts, chairs, etc.)

Exit and Re-Entry

Due to security issues reentry is not allowed

Security

Be prepared for a standard bag check upon entry. Ticket holders will be required go through a metal detector as well. There will be a special entrance for guests with strollers and disabilities.

Children

Children ages 2 and under are free with a paying adult. The child must sit on an adult’s lap and not in a seat.

Changing tables are available in all men’s, women’s and family restrooms throughout the ballpark.

The Dell Diamond welcomes mothers who want to breastfeed at Dell Diamond. In a partnership with St. David’s Medical Center Round Rock, there is a Lactation Station, an air-conditioned room for nursing and/or pumping mothers located on the third base concourse and there is a bottle warmer located at Guest Services.

Family Fun Zone

The Family Fun Zone is provided by Santa Rita Ranch featuring Sock Hop Inflatables and games for all families to enjoy free! The large rides on site will charge a small fee.

Parking

Parking will be available at the Dell Diamond. Fees are applied at checkout when purchasing tickets.

Wheel Chair Accessibility

All surrounding parking lots offer spaces for guests with disabilities. All entrances to Dell Diamond are ADA accessible. ADA seating is available throughout the ballpark. Please call the ticket office at (512) 255-2255 ext. 1 to purchase ADA seating and discuss seating options.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at this event unless they are being used as a certified service animal.

Ice Chests and Coolers

Hard shell coolers or cooler boxes, large or small, will not be permitted in the ballpark. Small soft-sided, collapsible cooler bags or totes are permitted but must be visually inspected before allowing inside the park. No outside food or beverages will be allowed. You may bring one factory sealed clear water bottle per guest.

Water fountains are located next to all restrooms throughout the ballpark.

Cameras

Cameras are allowed into the venue. However, no cameras with detachable lenses or attached lenses longer than 3 inches will be permitted. Please refrain from bringing tripods, GoPros or selfie sticks.

First Aid

The First Aid Station is located just inside the Home Plate Gate on the concourse level, next to Guest Services.

ATM Locations

There are six ATM machines located at Dell Diamond. They are located behind sections 125, 122, 119, 117, 113 and in the Intel Club.

Restroom Locations

Both men’s and women’s restrooms are located throughout the ballpark and there are two family restrooms. Men’s restrooms are located behind sections 111, 116, 120 and at the end of the first base concourse next to the picnic area. Women’s restrooms are located behind sections 111, 118, 122 and at the end of the first base concourse, next to the picnic area. The family restrooms are located in section 119.

Lost and Found

Lost and found is located at Guest Services, just inside the Home Plate Gate or you can call (512) 255-2255 to report the item missing or to pick up the lost item.

Smoking

Smoking, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is only allowed in the designated smoking areas at Dell Diamond, which are located on the outer concourse above the seating areas.

A live broadcast will take place with Steve & Amy from 9-1PM. Brought to you by Camper Clinic in the United Heritage Center.

Meet and Greet Packages

There will be no meet and greet packages available for purchase. However, you can meet your favorite artist at the autograph booth. Fast passes for reduced waiting times available with every VIP ticket. Times and artist schedule will be posted prior to the event. Times and artists are subject to change.

Additional Ticket Fees

Ticketing fees are charged by the venue and/or ticketing company and cover an array of different services that may include but are not limited to: Convenience fee, facility fee, parking, sales tax, handling/processing fee.

General Admission Seating

All stadium seating will be available for general admission tickets. These will be on a first come, first serve basis so come early to stake out your favorite spot!

Only Field and VIP seating will remain reserved. If general admission seats are vacant, they are then available and open to anyone with a general admission ticket. You are responsible for your belongings. We will be opening certain sections on the field to enjoy with a General Admission ticket. Only blankets will be allowed, no chairs of any kind.

Field Seating

Field ticket holders will be assigned a specific seat number on the field in front of the two main stages, directly behind the VIP section. For more information, visit the Ticketing page.

VIP Seating

VIP seating will be in a special section on the field directly in front of the two main stages for premium viewing. Ticket holders will get to sit in a special camp style chair with the festival logo on it to take home with them once they are ready. Chairs can hold up to 300 pounds. For more information, visit the Ticketing page.

VIP Benefits

VIP ticket holders will get a special VIP lanyard when arriving to the festival. Ticket holders will be able to enter the festival through an expedited VIP only entry gate through the Intel Club and enjoy VIP only restrooms on the field. Long wait times for artist autographs will be significantly reduced with a fast pass. Look for the VIP Autograph Entrance sign located next to the autographs for entry. A camp style chair with the festival logo featured on it will also be available for ticket holders to take home. VIP seating will be in a premium viewing area directly in front of the two main stages.

Ticket Pricing

Early bird discount is through September 30th. GA tickets are $23, reserved seating is $73, VIP is $173. Prices for GA tickets will increase on October 1st to $33, November 1st to $40.75. Get the cheapest priced ticket by purchasing your ticket now.
