Several people were injured on Friday after witnesses reported there had been a blast on a packed rush-hour commuter train in London and police said they were treating it as a terrorism incident. The United Nations Security Council will meet today after North Korea fired another missile, less than two weeks after its most powerful nuclear test ever. The missile flew over Japan, which issued a nationwide alert advising residents to take shelter, and splashed into the Pacific Ocean. Yesterday, North Korea threatened to use weapons to “sink” Japan and turn the U.S. to “ashes and darkness.”
