Meet Bo! Bo is an especially handsome one-year-old mixed breed dog currently available for adoption at Austin Humane Society. Bo is one of the friendliest dogs you could meet! He loves people and other dogs too. He’s gotten to be buddies with some of his fellow pups at the shelter and does great in play groups. Bo is very smart, eager to please, and a total foodie! Fitting for Austin, right? This means, in addition to visiting all your favorite spots around town, he’ll be a fun dog to train. At just a year old, Bo is way ahead of the game when it comes to learning new things. He’s already crate trained and house trained too! Stop by the shelter at 124 W. Anderson Lane and meet your new best friend, Bo!
Serving our community since 1952, the Austin Humane Society (AHS) is the longest standing no-kill shelter in Austin. AHS transforms the lives of animals and the people who love them through life-saving programs that find animals homes, serve animals and people in times of crisis, prevent future homelessness though spay and neuter, and engage the community to be a part of the solution. Over the past year, AHS has unleashed hope for nearly 11,000 animals thanks to the generosity of our donors.
The Austin Humane Society is located at 124 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas 78752. AHS is open from noon-7p.m Monday-Saturday and noon-5pm on Sundays. For more information visit www.austinhumanesociety.org or follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
