Donald Trump won the Electoral College vote yesterday and secured his election as the 45th president of the United States. Trump easily surpassed the 270 electoral votes needed to win, mostly adhered to the election results. After all the states had voted, Trump finished with 304 votes and Clinton had 227.
German police said today that the driver who rammed a truck into a crowded Christmas market in the heart of the German capital, taking at least 12 lives and injuring nearly 50 others, did so intentionally and that they are investigating a suspected “terror attack.”
