France’s Minister of Culture and Communication, said that cultural institutions, such as the Louvre and the Musee d’Orsay, would reopen Monday after being closed all weekend in response to the terrorist attacks in Paris that left 132 people dead. France has launched airstrikes against Islamic State targets in Syria in retaliation for the attacks and is conducting a manhunt for Abdeslam Salah, 26, a Brussels native and brother of one of seven terrorists who died in the deadly assaults. Another brother was arrested in Belgium after the attacks. President Obama will meet with the leaders of Britain, Germany and Italy on today. . .The discussions, will include combating the Islamic State with a special focus expected on the terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday.
